The 132m2 old apartment is loaded with memories of family members from several generations.

The new layout attempts to allow the possibility of new dialogues between dwellers and space. As the hub of flow, the dining room connects the lounge, the master room, the kitchen and the study room, where people can share feelings with each other in different ways or even have a private talk with each unique space. It is the connection that makes the normal-looking layout interesting and generates stronger family bonds.

40坪的老宅乘載了不同世代的家庭成員，新的規劃上試圖提供居住者與空間新的對話的可能性。以餐廳為動線樞紐，串聯了客廳、主臥、廚房、書房等機能，重新串起的是不同的交流方式：可以是人與人之間的情感交流；是各個空間中彼此的連結性；是自己與空間的私密對話，讓看似平凡的平面格局產生了趣味，也更加凝聚了家人間的情感。
